All regular shipments are sent out by FedEx unless otherwise specified. (Allow
5 business days for ground deliveries) - Saturday delivery adds $15.00. No
Sunday or Holiday deliveries.

*SHIPPING YOUR GUN: In order to ship your gun to us for service, we recommend
that you ship it via FEDEX or UPS NEXT DAY. This is the method that it will
be shipped back to you according to FEDEX and UPS guidelines. The charge for
shipping a firearm is $30.00. Please print the order form, fill it out completely
and clearly and ship it with your gun.
Foreign orders are on a case-by-case basis - they usually run $26.00-$45.00
(USPS Global Express Mail - 3 to 5 days and includes insurance). UPS, Federal
Express and DHL charges are considerably higher. No merchandise will be shipped
by parcel post, if the order is paid by credit card.
There is a $2.50 processing fee for shipments charged to a customer FedEx
or UPS shipper number.
Please Note: Glockmeister is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged
mail. We insure all packages over $100.
Questions concerning orders, shipment, invoices and any other questions
concerning tracking information can only be answered at 480-633-1999 between
8am to 12pm Arizona Time.
Return Policy:
All returns require a copy of the invoice and the original packaging within
30 days or they will incur a 20% restocking fee. There are no returns allowed
for Special Order items. Including but not limited to apparel, holsters,
barrels, uppers, slides, lowers and receivers.
