Glock Factory Upgrade
Firing Pin System
with Serial Number Guide

The following is a list of parts that will be replaced for the Firing Pin System Upgrade:

• Trigger w/Trigger Bar
• Extractor
• Firing Pin
• Firing Pin Safety
• Firing Pin Safety Spring
• Spring Loaded Bearing

Please note that all of the above parts have to be replaced, in order for the gun to function properly.
 

If you are unsure if your gun has had the upgrade - consult a Glock Certified Armorer. An indicator to whether the upgrade has been accomplished is to examine the firing pin (see graphic below).

Following is a list of serial numbers that are affected by the upgrade. All pistols in the following serial number ranges would need the product upgrade:

• G17 - Through XG
• G19 - Through XK
• G20 - Through WX
• G21 - Through ALD
• G22 - Through YS
• G23 - Through SL

There are two options for the upgrade - send the gun to Glock for service or you can ship the gun to Glockmeister for expedited SERVICE or call 480-539-3978.
